About the Role
As a Renewals Data Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and accurate renewal experience for our clients. You’ll be responsible for proactively managing renewal activities from start to finish—tracking timelines, maintaining clean data, and coordinating closely with internal teams and vendor partners to ensure every renewal is completed efficiently and on time.
This role sits at the intersection of sales operations, client experience, and process execution. You’ll work cross-functionally with Renewals Managers, Account Managers, Sales Operations, and Vendor teams to verify details, manage documentation, and support pricing or escalation needs. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts will directly impact revenue retention and client satisfaction.
Other responsibilities include:
- Proactively manage upcoming renewals, ensuring accurate timelines and follow-ups.
- Track renewal opportunities, statuses, and changes within CRM and quoting tools.
- Collaborate with Renewals Managers, Account Managers, Sales Ops, and Vendor teams to verify details for each renewal.
- Ensure all required documentation is collected, stored, and properly attached to CRM opportunities.
- Coordinate escalations or special pricing requests with vendor partners when needed.
- Maintain accurate renewal data in CRM and quoting systems.
- Provide weekly or monthly reports on renewal pipeline, at risk renewals, and closed renewal metrics.
- Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies to the requirements section
- Identify and escalate security risks to the appropriate Executive Leadership Team member and actively contribute to remediation efforts

Desired skills and experience:
- Experience in renewals, sales operations, quoting, or order management preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and quoting tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate Excel skills for pricing analysis and reporting.
