About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and qualified Remote Therapists to provide online counseling services to individuals through secure digital platforms. This role is ideal for licensed mental health professionals who are comfortable delivering therapy virtually and are committed to ethical, client-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online therapy sessions via video, audio, or chat
- Assess clients’ mental health concerns and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Provide counseling for issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and work-life balance
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
- Follow ethical guidelines and professional standards of practice
- Collaborate with internal teams when required for client care coordination
- Ensure timely availability for scheduled sessions
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Relevant certification/licensure (as applicable in your country)
- Prior experience in counseling or therapy (clinical or non-clinical)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable using digital platforms for virtual sessions
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience with teletherapy / online counseling
- Multilingual abilities (preferred but not mandatory)
- Familiarity with CBT, mindfulness, or solution-focused therapy
- Empathetic, patient, and non-judgmental approach
