We are looking for high-energy, technical recruiters with a desire to succeed.
As a Recruiter, you will be tasked with locating and qualifying both active and passive candidates for contract and permanent IT, Finance/Administration, Engineering and HR positions that our clients have open nationwide. You will be working with a team of Directors of Business Development on these requirements.
The ideal candidate will be capable, passionate and highly driven to grow the staffing and recruiting capabilities of the business and should be accustomed to influencing both candidates and key decision makers. In addition, this professional should have a technical staffing track record. He/she will possess outstanding client presentation abilities, and superior communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
Previous staffing and/ or recruiting experience is required.
- Previous recruiting/sourcing, or inside sales experience is a must.
- 1+ years hands- on experience with a major Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Customer service communication and maintain a network of candidates.
- Demonstrated understanding of current IT trends, terminology, and processes, and willingness/aptitude to learn
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow a game plan to fruition.
- Preferred experience in social media recruiting
Areas of Responsibility
- Work directly with a team of Directors of Business Development to understand needs of client.
- Recruiting over multiple mediums to secure the highest level of talent for open positions
- Successfully review job descriptions to identify the right candidate.
- Communicate frequently with Directors of Business of Development and candidates.
- Establish relationships with active and passive candidates- encourage referrals.
- Source, Screen, and interview candidates to determine competence.
- Match qualified candidates with customer needs.
The compensation for the aforementioned full-time position includes a base salary, plus commission, and benefits (401k, medical and dental).
Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:00 (some after hour responding is expected).
