Key Responsibilities:
As a Remote Support Applications Analyst, you will be responsible for owning and ensuring the speedy resolution of second line application (i.e. nDelius and OASys) service requests and incidents for the 26,000 IT users in the Probation Service. This will involve:

Key Responsibilities:
As a Remote Support Applications Analyst, you will be responsible for owning and ensuring the speedy resolution of second line application (i.e. nDelius and OASys) service requests and incidents for the 26,000 IT users in the Probation Service. This will involve:
- Proactively managing, coordinating and prioritising tasks to resolve application incidents and service requests.
- Contacting and liaising with the end users when necessary and providing excellent customer service.
- Working in partnership with other IT areas to fix application problems including liaising and escalating to 3rd line support, whilst always ensuring excellent partnership working.
- Provide guidance on suitable workarounds that enables users to operate whilst a permanent resolution is identified and implemented.
- Ensure the delivery of programme/project and transition work.
- Document and update IT support and knowledge management materials.
- Meeting your performance and quality objectives to ensure that the success of the overall team key performance indicators, targets and quality controls measures are met.
- Contributing towards the maintenance of Knowledge Base Articles.
