Overview

We are seeking an experienced Subrogation Claims Auditor to join our team on a remote basis. This role focuses on reviewing and auditing closed claims to identify potential subrogation opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of claims systems, and prior experience working within a subrogation or insurance auditing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and audit closed claim files across multiple claim systems to identify potential subrogation opportunities.
• Work within Excel spreadsheets and client systems to enter, track, and manage claims.
• Identify and "pull" claim files that may have recovery potential.
• Download, gather, and organize required documentation from various claims systems.
• Package and prepare claim files for subrogation collection adjusters and managers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to obtain any additional documentation needed as claims progress.
• Maintain thorough documentation and ensure data accuracy across all platforms.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in subrogation auditing or insurance claims review.
• Comfortable working across multiple claims platforms and software systems.
• Strong Excel and data entry skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
