Looking for someone ready for a meaningful leadership challenge.
About SchemeServe
Our mission is simple: to make insurance better.
We’re a people-first SaaS company that believes great teams thrive when they’re supported by great leaders. We don’t do things the same way as everyone else — and we don’t expect you to have a traditional background either.
About The Role
We’re looking for someone in the UK (unfortunately we cannot accept international candidates at this time) to lead a small, friendly, high-performing team.
Your job is to make sure your team has what they need to do their best work: clarity, support, encouragement, and a steady hand when things get busy. You’ll help shape the way the team works, coach individuals, and keep everyone aligned as priorities shift.
This role is about people, communication, problem-solving, and adaptability — not about how technical you are.
What You’ll Do
We’re not interested in long lists of rigid qualifications. We want someone who is a self-starter, adaptable, calm under pressure, and great with people.
You should be able to:
Although we’re a SaaS business, your leadership experience could come from many different fields. Some backgrounds we’ve seen produce outstanding leaders include:
If you’ve supported people and managed chaos before, you can thrive here.
Beneficial But Not Required
If you’re looking for a fresh challenge, love working with people, and want to grow in a supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Send us your CV — and tell us why you think you’d be great for this kind of team-leadership role.
