Our Client is a U.S.-based investigations and risk management firm specializing in corporate investigations and compliance.
 

Role Overview

We are looking for a remote recruiter to source, screen, and present commission-based sales representatives who are based in the United States. The recruiter will play a critical role in building a high-quality candidate pipeline and ensuring that hires are aligned with the requirements of a high-volume, results-driven sales role.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, attract, and pre-screen U.S.-based commission-only sales candidates.
  • Assess candidates' suitability for a high-volume, legal-focused sales environment.
  • Present qualified candidates to Our Client with clear recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and communications.
  • Provide feedback to improve recruitment strategy and candidate quality.
  • Ensure recruitment activities are aligned with U.S. EST business hours for smooth client interaction 

Required Hard Skills

  • Experience recruiting U.S.-based salespeople, ideally for commission-based or high-volume sales roles.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools such as Linkedin Recruiter, Indeed, or niche sales platforms.
  • Understanding of legal/corporate sales roles or ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple candidates.
  • Ability to evaluate candidates' fit for high-volume lead generation and appointment-setting roles.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and assessment skills.
  • Ability to work independently, remotely, and aligned with U.S. EST hours.
