Avertis Group is looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate and qualify investor leads for our Founder. This is a high-performance, commission-based role ideal for sales professionals who thrive on outbound prospecting and building relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices and institutional investors.


Tasks

Drive qualified investor conversations and schedule discovery calls for investments starting at $25,000+. Your role is to ensure that only serious, qualified leads are brought to the founder.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email and other professional channels

  • Follow up with warm leads already in our pipeline

  • Engage with family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and sophisticated investors

  • Qualify interest and schedule discovery calls on the Founder’s calendar

  • Maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions and follow-ups

    Proactive outbound research via LinkedIn, email, and other professional channels


Requirements

  • Passion for outbound prospecting and investor conversations

  • Confident interacting with HNWI, Family Offices, and institutional investors

  • Proactive, results-driven, and highly motivated

  • Responsible and capable of handling strategic tasks independently

  • Experience as an SDR, in Business Development, or appointment-setting is a plus; ambitious, self-confident career changers can also succeed
