Key Responsibilities• Contact and engage with prospective candidates from our database and other sources
• Qualify candidates based on set criteria and record information accurately in our system
• Schedule follow-up calls or appointments with interested individuals
• Maintain clear communication records and update the team on progress
• Work independently while following agreed processes and timelines
About You• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines
• Comfortable using basic online tools and CRM systems (training provided)
• Prior experience in recruitment, administration, customer service, or similar people-focused roles is an advantage, but not essential
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
