Project 54 is an advanced, AI-powered digital marketing and media production agency working with B2B clients in the energy, technology, and industrial sectors. We are rolling out highly strategic n8n-based automation systems to improve marketing performance and operations both for ourselves and for our clients.
We are seeking a Project Manager Intern to help coordinate, manage, and oversee the delivery of these automation projects. This is an unpaid, fully remote internship requiring a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week.
Your Responsibilities:
✅ Coordinate the delivery of multiple automation workflows in n8n, across both internal and client-facing projects
✅ Track project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
✅ Collaborate with remote intern developers and external contributors
✅ Report progress to the Project 54 leadership team weekly
✅ Help gather and refine requirements for new automation functions
✅ Schedule and run virtual team check-ins via Google Meet or Chat
✅ Maintain documentation and manage issue-tracking (using Google Docs or Notion)
✅ Identify and help troubleshoot blockers with the dev team

What We’re Looking For:
