- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to quality assurance procedures
- Meet department KPI metrics related to quality and turnaround times
- Collaborate with Patient Access Leadership for professional growth
- Provide high levels of customer service to patients and co-workers
- High school diploma, GED/HSED, or equivalent
- Minimum post high school education in a medical support field: Certified Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Registered Nurse
- 2+ years of recent medical office experience in a similar capacity preferred
- Previous customer service experience is required
- Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with dermatology and cosmetic procedures preferred
- Previous electronic medical record experience is preferred
- Ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm is preferred
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of information
