We’re partnering with an established class action law firm seeking a remote, part-time paralegal to assist with litigation support on an as-needed basis. This role is fully remote, offers flexible hours, and does not require a minimum weekly commitment - perfect for someone who wants additional income while maintaining a balanced schedule.
Candidates must have experience working with California state and federal courts and have familiarity with local rules and filing procedures.
Responsibilities
- Fact-checking and cite-checking complaints, briefs, and other filings
- Formatting legal pleadings and briefs
- Preparing Tables of Contents (TOC) and Tables of Authorities (TOA)
- Assisting with filing documents in state and/or federal court
Qualifications
- CA state experience
- Paralegal certificate & prior experience as a litigation paralegal
- Strong understanding of litigation formatting requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and legal research/citation accuracy
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
