Strong understanding of U.S. corporate law fundamentals, including governance, entity structures, and contracts.
Background organizing corporate legal documentation and assisting with transactions, financings, or similar operational legal work.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to entity creation, ongoing governance tasks, and compliance requirements for multiple business entities.
- Draft, revise, and organize corporate materials such as governance documents, agreements, internal policies, and supporting legal paperwork (with attorney oversight when needed).
- Maintain accurate record keeping across corporate files, state filings, calendars, and shared documentation systems.
- Assist with financing and transactional activities by preparing signature packets, tracking outstanding items, and coordinating components of closing processes.
- Work with cross functional stakeholders and outside counsel to ensure legal activities and approvals move forward on schedule.
- Help refine internal templates, standard operating procedures, and legal workflows to increase consistency and efficiency.
- Provide day to day operational support across the legal function, ensuring executives and project leads have what they need to keep initiatives moving.
