Role Description
This is a part time/full-time remote role for a Operation Support Administrator. The role involves coordinating daily operations, managing projects, dispatching work orders, and ensuring seamless communication within the team and with clients. The candidate will play a crucial role in supporting efficient workflows and contributing to the success of the business.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Operations Management and Project Management to oversee tasks and ensure efficient execution of projects.
- Analytical Skills to evaluate processes, solve problems, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Effective Communication abilities for liaising with team members, and clients, ensuring clear and professional interactions.
- Experience in dispatching to field crews effectively, including client engagement while mitigating risks and eliminating missing areas of service with field crews.
- Proficiency in organizational and time management skills to balance competing responsibilities effectively.
- Able to stay calm under pressure.
- Adaptability to work remotely and function efficiently in a virtual team environment.
- Previous experience in landscaping or snow maintenance industries is an asset but not mandatory.
- Ensure customer KPI are met or exceeded ensuring you close the gap between field operations and client service request.
