eWe are looking for a reliable and proactive Remote Office Assistant to support our team with administrative and clerical tasks. In this part-time role, you will help maintain smooth operations by managing correspondence, coordinating schedules, and handling day-to-day administrative duties

- sRespond to and manage emails, phone calls, and other correspondenc
- eSchedule meetings and maintain calendar
- sPrepare and format documents, spreadsheets, and presentation
- sAssist with data entry, record-keeping, and database maintenanc
- eSupport basic bookkeeping tasks (invoicing, expense tracking

- eOrganise and maintain digital filing system
- sResearch and source office supplies or service providers if neede

dSkills & Experienc
- ePrevious experience in an admin, office assistant, or virtual assistant rol
- eExcellent written and verbal communication skill
- sStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspac
- eHighly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitas
- kAbility to work independently, with minimal supervisio
- nGood time-management skill
