Mortgage Administrator (Fully Remote – Residential Mortgage Brokerage)

Role Responsibilities
- Manage mortgage applications from submission through to completion
- Support residential brokers with day‑to‑day case administration
- Handle 15–20 completions per month
- Chase lenders, solicitors, surveyors and clients to progress cases efficiently
- Maintain accurate CRM records and case notes
- Deliver excellent customer service via phone and email
- Support Trustpilot review generation and client feedback processes
- Work collaboratively with the back‑office team to ensure smooth case flow
- Meet productivity targets across calls, emails and turnaround times
Package
- £28,000–£30,000 base salary
- £32,000–£34,000 on‑target earnings
- Fully remote working

Skills & Experience
- 12+ months’ mortgage industry experience
- Experience within estate agency mortgage environments desirable
- Ability to manage high case volumes and meet deadlines
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident working with lenders, solicitors and clients
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and be coached
