Mortgage Administrator (Fully Remote – Residential Mortgage Brokerage)

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage mortgage applications from submission through to completion
  • Support residential brokers with day‑to‑day case administration
  • Handle 15–20 completions per month
  • Chase lenders, solicitors, surveyors and clients to progress cases efficiently
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and case notes
  • Deliver excellent customer service via phone and email
  • Support Trustpilot review generation and client feedback processes
  • Work collaboratively with the back‑office team to ensure smooth case flow
  • Meet productivity targets across calls, emails and turnaround times


Package

  • £28,000–£30,000 base salary
  • £32,000–£34,000 on‑target earnings

Skills & Experience

  • 12+ months’ mortgage industry experience
  • Experience within estate agency mortgage environments desirable
  • Ability to manage high case volumes and meet deadlines

  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn and be coached
