POSITION TITLE: Remote Legal Videographer – LegalView Support

LOCATION: This position is remote, Lexitas provides a fully equipped home office setup, including a company-issued laptop.

PAY RANGE: $18.50 - $22.00/hr

About The Role

We are looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Remote Video Coordinator to manage the execution of virtual legal video events. This remote role is essential to supporting the coordination, recording, troubleshooting, and documentation of remote depositions and proceedings. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage remote legal video events across multiple time zones.
  • Operate and monitor platforms such as Zoom, Webex, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Offer technical support before, during, and after virtual events.
  • Record high-quality audio and video using OBS Studio.
  • Troubleshoot live technical issues in real time.
  • Edit and sync video projects using designated software (training provided).
  • Maintain detailed logs and documentation through an online CRM.
  • Provide clear, professional communication with clients, legal professionals, and internal teams.
  • Manage multiple events simultaneously and adjust quickly to changes.
  • Stay informed of evolving trends in virtual legal services and technology.
  • Collaborate across remote teams to ensure a seamless workflow.

What You’ll Bring

  • At least one year of experience in the court reporting or legal services industry preferred.
  • Familiarity with video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Webex, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams).
  • Proficiency with OBS Studio or willingness to learn.
  • Excellent multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Tech-savvy mindset with willingness to adopt new tools and platforms.
  • Experience working remotely or in hybrid environments is a plus.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience with remote event coordination or video editing is recommended.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime.
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods and work in a remote office environment.
  • Committed to maintaining HIPAA compliance and confidentiality protocols.
