Responsibilities
- Proactively source candidates for remote sales, service, and operations roles while filling other positions as needed
- Responsible for all full-cycle recruitment/talent acquisition responsibilities, including gathering all pre-recruiting requirements, recruiting, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding of new employees
- Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders within functional departments to understand current and future staffing needs
Requirements
- 2-3 years of search firm recruiting experience, including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting; sales recruiting experience is a plus
- Highly motivated with proven success in meeting metrics and hiring goals
- Ability to cultivate and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Successful at phone screening and cold calling
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks to meet hiring deadlines
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team in a virtual environment
