About the Role:
We’re looking for a driven, proactive, and ownership-minded Junior Property Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in managing day-to-day operations across an expanding property portfolio. This is more than a support role: it’s an opportunity to own processes, make decisions, and directly impact operations while building a clear path toward a Property Manager position.
Responsibilities:
Take Ownership of Operations
- Own and execute property management workflows from start to finish
- Manage multiple priorities while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
- Deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision
Be the Communication Hub
- Manage shared inboxes and inbound requests with speed and professionalism
- Triage, resolve, or escalate issues efficiently
- Build strong relationships through clear and effective communication
Support Leasing & Tenant Experience
- Serve as a key point of contact for tenants
- Manage leasing workflows: inquiries, applications, and documentation
- Coordinate smooth onboarding and move-in experiences
Drive Maintenance & Property Readiness
- Oversee maintenance requests and ensure timely completion
- Coordinate vendors and monitor the quality of work
- Support unit turns, inspections, and readiness to minimize vacancy time
Stay Organized & System-Driven
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready records in property management systems
- Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups with precision
- Ensure all updates and communication are properly documented
Think, Solve, Improve
- Proactively identify issues and implement solutions
- Escalate challenges with context and recommendations
- Continuously look for ways to improve workflows and efficiency
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in Property Management (Assistant Property Manager or similar)
- Experience with Property Management Systems (RentVine or similar)
- A strong ownership mindset, you take responsibility and follow through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Clear, confident, and professional communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Experience with CRM systems and task/workflow tracking tools
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
- Familiarity with tools like Slack and email platforms
