Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, documentation)
- Maintain HRIS data accuracy, employee records, and SOPs
- Partner with managers on performance-cycle administration, feedback practices, and documentation
- Handle employee relations topics with confidentiality, empathy, and consistent policy application
- Coordinate payroll inputs, benefits administration, and leave management with internal/external partners
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment regulations (including cross-border considerations when applicable)
- Support recruiting logistics (interview scheduling, candidate communications, offer paperwork)
- Contribute to engagement initiatives, training coordination, and HR reporting dashboards
- 3–7 years of HR Generalist or HR Operations experience in remote or distributed environments
- Working knowledge of onboarding, employee relations, HRIS administration, and policy compliance
- Strong written communication for policies, SOPs, and employee-facing guidance
- Comfort collaborating across time zones and global stakeholders
- High attention to detail and confidentiality with sensitive data
- Experience with HRIS/ATS tools (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, HiBob, Rippling, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Exposure to multi-country HR operations and remote-first policies
- Experience with basic HR analytics, dashboards, and routine reporting
