This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the remote teammate experience in a fully distributed work environment. You will design, implement, and continuously improve programs, frameworks, and virtual experiences that enhance engagement, connection, and productivity for remote employees across the country. This position blends strategic program management with hands-on execution, ensuring that onboarding, development, recognition, and communication experiences are seamless, inclusive, and human-centered. You will collaborate across teams, leverage data to inform decisions, and drive initiatives that strengthen culture and alignment to mission and values. The role requires creativity, operational rigor, and the ability to scale virtual programs that make a tangible impact on the distributed workforce.

Accountabilities

  • Design, deliver, and continuously improve remote and virtual teammate experiences, including onboarding, engagement, recognition, and offboarding programs.
  • Build and maintain scalable playbooks, workflows, and toolkits to support consistent remote engagement.
  • Serve as the primary advocate for remote experience needs and provide guidance on best practices for virtual collaboration.
  • Manage digital workplace platforms, implementing engagement campaigns and virtual events that support connection and alignment.
  • Track, analyze, and report on engagement and participation metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and inform improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with People, Learning & Development, and Recognition teams to align programs with broader employee experience initiatives.
  • Identify risks to experience quality and proactively implement solutions, ensuring a cohesive end-to-end remote work experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 7–10 years of experience in People programs, workplace experience management, engagement, or related fields.
  • Proven experience supporting fully remote or distributed organizations and executing virtual programs at scale.
  • Hands-on experience managing digital workplace or collaboration platforms (e.g., Workvivo).
  • Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience designing and delivering enterprise virtual events to drive engagement and connection.
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally and execute effectively within defined direction.
  • Creative, thoughtful, and execution-focused mindset.
