We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Executive Assistant to support our CEO in managing day-to-day tasks and operations. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced remote work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar, appointments, and meetings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Assist with project management tasks and follow up on action items
  • Handle confidential information with discretion

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
