Operational Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, review, and analyze operational data to identify trends and insights
- Support the preparation of reports, dashboards, and performance summaries
- Assist in tracking key operational metrics and KPIs
- Support analysis of existing workflows and operational processes
- Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
- Assist with documentation of processes and recommended changes
- Ensure operational data is accurate, complete, and consistently maintained
- Support data validation, audits, and quality checks
- Work with data and operations teams to resolve inconsistencies
- Work closely with internal teams to understand operational needs
- Support cross-functional projects and initiatives
- Communicate findings and insights clearly and professionally
- Develop analytical, operational, and problem-solving skills
- Stay informed on operations best practices, tools, and methodologies
- Actively seek feedback and mentorship to support career growth
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic experience working with data, spreadsheets, or reporting tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment

- Internship or academic experience in operations, data analysis, or business analysis
