About the Opportunity:
The Remote Data Entry professional will be responsible for accurate data input and maintenance to support the operational efficiency of the organization. This full-time role, based in the United States, plays a key role in ensuring data integrity and supporting workflow through effective data management.
Responsibilities:
• Enter data accurately from customer orders, supplier invoices, and internal documents into company databases.
• Maintain and update existing records to ensure accuracy.
• Perform regular data verification and quality control to identify and correct errors.
• Organize and compile data to prepare source documents for entry.
• Generate reports and perform electronic filing as requested.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Collaborate with team members to support efficient workflow.
Requirements:
• Experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
• High typing speed and accuracy with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel.
• Familiarity with data management systems and databases.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High integrity in handling confidential information.
• Ability to work effectively remotely with minimal supervision.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
The pay range for this role is $45 to $55 USD per hour.
