We’re Hiring: Remote Customer Service Representative (Based in Switzerland)
Are you a great communicator with a passion for helping people? We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support experiences—completely remotely, from anywhere in Switzerland.
Location: Remote (Must be based in Switzerland)
What You’ll Do
• Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and/or phone in a friendly, timely, and professional manner
• Troubleshoot issues and guide customers toward effective solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex requests
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
• Proactively contribute to improving support processes and customer satisfaction
• Represent our brand with empathy, clarity, and a customer-first mindset
What We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or support
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Familiarity with help desk or CRM tools (e.g. Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot)
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
• Fluent in English; additional languages (especially German or French) are a plus
• Based in Switzerland and legally eligible to work remotely
