What You’ll Do
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
• Provide product or service information, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience
• Escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate teams when needed
• Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records
• Identify recurring issues and provide feedback for process improvements
• Represent our brand with empathy, patience, and care
What We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years of experience in customer support or service roles
• Excellent communication skills in English (German or French a strong plus)
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, HubSpot)
• Strong problem-solving skills and a calm, professional demeanor
• Self-motivated and reliable in a remote work setting
• Must reside in Switzerland and be authorized to work remotely
