About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Service/Call Center Representative to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients from a remote location. Location: United States (Remote)

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to resolve customer inquiries
  • Update customer records and maintain a high level of data accuracy
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels

Pay: $25.55 - $35.55 per hour.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service or call center role
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
