This is a remote position.

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Remote Customer Experience Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist with daily operations, client communication, and scheduling to help ensure all processes run efficiently. This is a remote position suited for individuals who are organized, proactive, and comfortable managing tasks independently.




Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, call center, or virtual support roles is preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a remote setting

  • Comfortable using email, chat, and other virtual tools for daily communication

  • Must have a reliable internet connection


Responsibilities:


• Communicate with clients and team members through email, chat, and phone.
• Confirm schedules, appointments, and follow-up details.
• Maintain records, update internal systems, and ensure accuracy of information.
• Assist in coordinating tasks, documents, and communications between departments.
• Provide responsive and professional support to clients and internal teams.
