Instead of selling our proprietary technology to other firms we are competing with them by providing fast, efficient contract negotiation to high growth companies with lean legal teams. After a $20 million series A funding round, we're seeking a driven attorney to be an early hire on our legal team. You'll be running commercial deals for companies that are regularly breaking records - our clients are some of the fastest growing, most innovative startups in the world.
Significant commercial transactions experience for a tech company required: drafting/negotiating/redlining B2B sell-side agreements, data usage/ownership/privacy, MSA's/ NDA's/SaaS/DPA's, 1st and 3rd party paper. Experience negotiating terms related to A.I.
You'll join a great culture while maintaining quality work, with no billable hours. This role can be entirely remote anywhere in the United States.
You'll have the opportunity to:

Qualifications
- J.D. or LLM is ok; credentials from T14 law school strongly preferred. Must be admitted to the bar in the U.S.
- Remote in the U.S.
Compensation will depend on experience but a good faith estimate of the range is $150,000 - $175,000 per year, plus equity.
