Job Details

Responsibilities

Manage civil litigation cases from intake to resolution.

Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.

Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.

Handle case deadlines and maintain communication with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.

Work closely with senior attorneys and legal support staff.

Qualifications

Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.

Experience as a Civil Litigation Attorney

Ability to independently manage caseloads and court appearances.

Strong legal research and writing skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
