This is a full-time remote position for a Remote Chat Assistant based in the United States. As a Remote Chat Assistant, you will support creators by answering inquiries, facilitating engagement on live chat platforms, and ensuring seamless communication between creators and their audiences. Additionally, you will provide guidance and assistance in resolving technical issues, assist in live strategy implementation, and gather feedback to improve creator support and community experiences.
- Strong written communication and active listening skills to provide effective support and engagement.
- Experience in customer service, community management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in digital tools and live chat platforms, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Understanding of social media platforms, particularly TikTok and live streaming trends.
