Key Responsibilities
- Execute data enrichment tasks with precision, adhering closely to the guidelines set forth by the client.
- Provide assistance with credentialing responsibilities, including data entry, vendor verifications, and board certifications.
- Engage with state boards and credentialing entities to monitor status updates and authenticate information.
- Ensure that credentialing data remains accurate and aligns with industry standards.
- Cross-verify information from third-party sources utilizing online databases.
- Take on additional responsibilities as required to enhance team support and efficiency.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment with dependable internet access (minimum 15 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload).
- A minimum of 6 months experience in data entry or customer service roles is advantageous.
- Availability to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday (weekends off).
