Primary Job Title: Remote Appointment Scheduler

Role & Responsibilities

As a Remote Appointment Scheduler, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that appointments, meetings, and field visits are scheduled efficiently and professionally. Key responsibilities include:

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and field visits for clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Maintain calendars for multiple team members, ensuring no conflicts and maximizing efficiency.
  • Confirm appointments with clients via phone, email, or SMS and provide timely follow-ups.
  • Enter, update, and manage contact and appointment data accurately in CRM or scheduling software.
  • Communicate any scheduling changes or cancellations promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and field teams to optimize workflows and improve appointment efficiency.
  • Track metrics related to scheduling, cancellations, and follow-ups to identify areas for process improvement.

Must-Have

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Experience with scheduling, CRM, or calendar management software
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently in a US time zone

Preferred

  • Customer service or client-facing experience
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or similar platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
