About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs Consultant to support crop protection product registrations and compliance across Europe, with a strong focus on Netherlands and ANSES submissions. This is a contract position offering flexibility, autonomy, and international collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Coordinate and monitor authorization applications to ANSES (new products, renewals, amendments) in line with EU Regulation 1107/2009
✅ Manage registration dossiers for crop protection products in the Netherlands
✅ Ensure compliant labeling and updates (CLP, EU packaging legislation)
✅ Maintain regulatory databases (PhytoStimData, QuickFDS)
✅ Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants
✅ Stay up-to-date on European and national legislation impacting plant protection products
What We’re Looking For
✔ Proven experience in regulatory affairs within the agrochemical sector
✔ Strong knowledge of EU 1107/2009 regulation and Netherlands registration processes
✔ Excellent communication and organizational skills
✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
