- Lead a team of senior leaders including directors and general managers
- Develop annual business plans, budgets, and resource planning strategies
- Monitor financial metrics and operational KPIs across the region
- Lead acquisition integration efforts and operational alignment across locations
- Build and develop high-performing leadership teams across the region
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Partner with executive leadership to implement company-wide initiatives and strategies
- Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Identify operational improvements, process enhancements, and system efficiencies
- Support workforce development, succession planning, and leadership development
