Position Overview


The Vice President, Regional Sales is responsible for formulating and executing sales strategies and business growth plans for the assigned region. This role entails comprehensive leadership of the regional sales team, market expansion, channel development, key account management, and sales operations. The incumbent drives the achievement of regional sales, profit, and market share targets while continuously enhancing the region's business competitiveness and operational performance.


This position focuses on regional sales management, market expansion, revenue growth, customer management, and sales operations. By establishing a regional sales management framework, integrating sales resources, optimizing sales processes, and enhancing team execution capabilities, the role aims to achieve sustained business growth within the region. I. Regional Sales Strategic Planning

Formulate regional sales strategies and annual business plans

Establish a regional sales management framework

Set regional sales budgets and revenue targets

Analyze regional market potential and the competitive landscape

Develop go-to-market strategies

Ensure regional sales strategies align with the overall corporate strategy


II. Regional Market Development

Drive regional market expansion and business growth

Develop key industries and target customers

Establish a regional market coverage system

Drive the development of new markets and new business lines

Increase regional market share

Continuously expand brand influence


III. Sales Team Management

Lead teams of regional sales directors, sales managers, and account managers

Design the regional sales organizational structure

Set sales targets and performance assessment systems

Establish sales incentive mechanisms

Build a high-performance sales team


IV. Key Account Management

Establish a regional key account management system

Maintain relationships with large enterprise clients and strategic accounts

Job Requirements


Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, Economics, or a related field

MBA or Master’s degree in a related field preferred

Work Experience

25+ years of experience in sales, business development, or market expansion

15+ years of experience managing regional sales teams

Experience building regional sales systems for large enterprises

Experience in key account and channel management

Experience in cross-regional sales management

Experience in MedTech, FinTech, SaaS, Internet, Manufacturing, Enterprise Services, or Consumer Goods industries preferred
