Vice President, Regional Sales
Position Overview
The Vice President, Regional Sales is responsible for formulating and executing sales strategies and business growth plans for the assigned region. This role entails comprehensive leadership of the regional sales team, market expansion, channel development, key account management, and sales operations. The incumbent drives the achievement of regional sales, profit, and market share targets while continuously enhancing the region's business competitiveness and operational performance.

III. Sales Team Management
Lead teams of regional sales directors, sales managers, and account managers
Design the regional sales organizational structure

IV. Key Account Management
Establish a regional key account management system
Maintain relationships with large enterprise clients and strategic accounts

V. Channel Management and Partner Development
Establish a regional channel sales system

Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, Economics, or a related field
MBA or Master’s degree in a related field preferred
Work Experience
25+ years of experience in sales, business development, or market expansion
15+ years of experience managing regional sales teams
Experience building regional sales systems for large enterprises
Experience in key account and channel management
Experience in cross-regional sales management
Experience in MedTech, FinTech, SaaS, Internet, Manufacturing, Enterprise Services, or Consumer Goods industries preferred
