Position Overview:

We seek a dynamic and experienced Regional VP of Sales for the DACH region to develop and execute strategic sales plans, drive growth, and lead a high-performing sales team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Market Analysis: Identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Sales Execution: Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance metrics and report on key indicators.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent [Your Company Name] at industry events.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 10+ years in technology sales, 5+ in a leadership role focused on edge compute and web security services.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; MBA is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of edge computing and web security technologies.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Fluency in German and English required.
