About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven, ambitious, and results-focused EV Business Developer to accelerate our expansion across Europe. You will be a true hunter—energised by the thrill of opening doors, uncovering new opportunities, and closing strategic deals across a range of sectors including fleet, real estate, retail, and hospitality.
This role demands a go-getter mentality and a proven track record in driving B2B growth in fast-paced, complex markets. You will play a key role in identifying and securing new partnerships to deploy EV infrastructure and services across target regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities across Europe, with a focus on lead generation, outreach, and cold engagement.
- Drive full sales lifecycle from initial contact and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Build a pipeline of high-value clients in target verticals such as fleets, real estate, logistics, retail, hospitality, and energy.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform commercial strategy and identify regional growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, legal, operations, marketing) to structure compelling proposals and deliver solutions tailored to client needs.
- Attend key industry events, exhibitions, and forums to represent the brand and generate leads.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Deliver accurate forecasts, activity reports, and insights to senior leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven “hunter” profile with a strong B2B sales background (ideally in EV, renewables, fleet tech, SaaS, or mobility).
- 3–6 years of business development or sales experience in European markets.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages (German, French, Spanish, etc.) are a plus.
- Self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and resilience.
- Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles, from consultative selling to technical deal closure.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing travel across multiple countries.
- Deep understanding of the EV ecosystem is highly desirable (charging infrastructure, fleet electrification, OEMs, etc.).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
