Regional Sales Manager - Northern and Central Europe

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our business in Northern and Central Europe within the pest control industry. This role is highly focused on business development, requiring the ability to identify and promote new opportunities, establish strong partnerships, and drive sustainable growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and ensuring revenue expansion for our range of rodent control solutions. This position demands outstanding interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and leadership to strengthen our market presence and customer relationships


Location: Flexible within the assigned region – Ideally Belgium/Netherlands

Travel Requirement: 50% (within the region and to the USA)

Salary package: €60 - €65k + €10k performance bonus


RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB ACTIVITIES:


• Develop and implement a proactive business development strategy aligned with the company’s global objectives in the pest control industry.


• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market expansion, new customer acquisition, and strategic partnerships.


• Manage and strengthen relationships with pest control operators, distributors, national and global accounts and industry decision-makers.


• Lead negotiations and commercial discussions with a strong emphasis on relationship-building and long-term partnerships.


• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and product development.

• Collaborate with US-based corporate teams, including regulatory affairs, marketing, customer service and technical support, to enhance product positioning and customer satisfaction.


• Prepare and present strategic sales reports, business development plans, and performance analyses to senior management.


• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to pest control products and solutions.


• Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities specific to the pest control sector to promote the company’s products and expand business opportunities.


• Actively participate in the working groups of national pest control associations to stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments.


JOB SPECIFICATIONS:


EDUCATION: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.



EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably in pest control, chemical, or biosecurity industries



KNOWEDLEGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Strong track record in business development, with proven ability to identify, initiate, and close new sales opportunities. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships across diverse markets. Focused on creating win-win solutions for customers and partners.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams. Proficiency in English; additional European languages (German and Dutch) would be a plus. Willingness to travel internationally (50% of the time within the region and to the USA).
