What You'll Do


The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing regional sales channels, and identifying new business opportunities. The role requires strategic planning, relationship management, and execution of sales initiatives to achieve revenue and profitability targets.


  • Lead the new business process including lead management and qualification
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives
  • Identify and secure new opportunities with existing and potential customers
  • Enhance market share and drive profitability in the assigned region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers
  • Oversee forecasting, reporting, and tracking of regional sales performance

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the new business development process
  • Develop targeted sales and marketing materials to support customer acquisition
  • Partner with internal teams and independent representatives to drive growth
  • Advocate for key accounts within the organization, ensuring their needs are met
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements in alignment with company policies
  • Conduct regular account reviews and sales forecasting
  • Provide leadership in improving customer-based cultures within the organization
  • Track and report key sales metrics, including bookings and billings
  • Promote a positive company image to customers and industry partners


What You'll Bring


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a complex global manufacturing environment
  • Experience managing independent sales representatives and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
