Overview

The Regional Marketing Manager will play a critical role in supporting commercial growth across retail, dealer, and B2B channels. This is a highly hands-on role for a self-starter who enjoys building, executing, and owning work end-to-end. The Regional Marketing Manager serves as the bridge between global brand strategy and U.S. market execution. While core positioning, product innovation, and foundational assets originate from HQ, this role owns the adaptation, localization, and field execution required to win in the U.S. retail and professional landscape. This role is designed to support real-world execution across national retailers, regional dealers, and B2B partners, with a focus on building scalable marketing systems, localized content, and strong in-market execution that directly supports commercial growth. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and is energized by creating structure where little exists.

Key Responsibilities

Content Localization & Digital Optimization

  • Lead content localization for the U.S. market across retail, dealer, and B2B channels
  • Adapt global assets into retailer- and channel-specific content, often rolling up sleeves to execute directly
  • Lead digital content optimization for conversion, consistency, and compliance with national retailer standards
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure messaging aligns with product positioning, pricing, and channel strategy

Field Marketing & Dealer Enablement

  • Lead field marketing initiatives to support dealers, distributors, and pool professionals across the U.S.
  • Develop and maintain high-impact sell sheets, product comparison guides, training videos, FAQs, and field-ready materials
  • Partner closely with Sales teams to identify gaps in dealer support materials and proactively build solutions
  • Ensure dealer-facing materials are clear, practical, and aligned with brand standards
  • Support product launches with field-ready toolkits that equip dealers and pros to confidently sell and service products
  • Build scalable systems for distributing and updating dealer marketing assets

Social Media Strategy & Brand Exposure

  • Own regional social media strategy planning to drive brand awareness and product exposure
  • Align social campaigns with product launches, trade shows, retail promotions, and dealer initiatives
  • Develop messaging frameworks and content direction aligned with brand guidelines
  • Ensure social media execution supports broader commercial priorities

Retail & Channel Marketing Execution

  • Support retail advertising and co-op programs
  • Lead in-store display and merchandising projects
  • Ensure packaging and visual presentation meet brand and retail requirements

Trade Shows & Industry Events

  • Project manage trade shows and industry exhibitions to ensure alignment with Sales objectives
  • Coordinate with HQ on brand standards and approvals
  • Manage local agencies and vendors
  • Oversee on-site execution and post-show follow-up

Digital & B2B Platform Support

  • Support Shopify B2B storefront optimization, including hands-on content updates, merchandising, and usability improvements
  • Assist with ongoing enhancements to partner-facing digital platforms

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably within consumer products, retail, home improvement, outdoor, durable goods, or channel-driven environments
  • Demonstrated experience supporting retail, dealer, or distributor networks, including development of field-ready marketing materials
  • Proven ability to develop social media strategy frameworks that drive brand exposure and support product launches
  • Experience leading or supporting trade shows, industry events, or field activations, including vendor coordination and execution oversight
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives across digital, physical, and field marketing
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Product, and external partners
  • Comfort working in a high-growth, evolving organization where processes are being built and refined
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical product information into clear, practical messaging
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven with a bias toward action
  • Willingness to travel periodically for trade shows, dealer visits, and retailer support

What Success Looks Like

  • Dealers and pool professionals have clear, practical, and effective tools to confidently sell, install, and support products
  • Retail partners have the content, assets, and marketing materials they need to execute effectively from optimized digital content to in-store displays and promotional support
  • Sales teams feel supported with professional, field-ready marketing materials that help drive pipeline and close business
  • Trade shows and industry events are executed on brand and directly contribute to pipeline development and relationship building
  • Social media drives meaningful brand exposure and product awareness aligned with commercial priorities
  • Marketing systems, asset libraries, and field enablement tools are organized, scalable, and built to support long-term growth
