For our client, we are seeking a Regional Managing Director to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space. This role will drive meaningful impact across key initiatives and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to execute against strategic priorities and scale performance. The position offers the opportunity to influence both strategy and execution in a high-growth environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Oversees franchise operations across assigned countries with strict adherence to company standards
  • Identifies operational improvement opportunities to enhance franchise performance and profitability
  • Designs regional growth strategies to accelerate brand expansion and drive sales
  • Leads budget planning and fiscal management to ensure sustainable franchisee growth
  • Builds high-performing teams through strategic talent development and coaching
  • Acts as liaison between region and corporate headquarters for strategic alignment
  • Ensures accurate brand representation across media in compliance with legal standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 10+ years of executive-level leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a franchise-based business
  • Proven success in leading teams within large, complex organizations
  • Advanced strategic business acumen with ability to optimize enterprise-wide functions
  • Exceptional communication skills for influencing executive stakeholders and diverse audiences
  • Expertise in analyzing financial statements for strategic insights that drive growth
  • Fluency in English with ability for high-level executive communication
