Build and lead a business advisory firm in Western Germany
You’ve led organisations, carried P&L responsibility, and navigated complexity at scale.
What’s next is not another executive role — it’s ownership, influence, and legacy.
We are looking for a Regional Managing Director / Principal Partner to establish and develop our activities in West Germany. This is a business-ownership role, not employment
This is an opportunity to build and lead a business advisory practice, supported by an established international framework.
Your role
In this position, you will:
- establish our presence in Western Germany
- work directly with SME owners and leadership teams
- build your own client portfolio
- develop and lead a team of advisors over time
- grow a scalable advisory business
This is a hands-on leadership role, combining:
- commercial activity
- client delivery
- team development
You will benefit from
- A proven, structured mentoring and performance framework
- Full training, IP, systems, and launch support
- An established brand and international operating model
- Ongoing collaboration with experienced partners across Europe
- A model designed for senior leaders — not entry-level consultants
How the role develops
The role typically evolves in stages:
- Initial pilot phase: building a client base and establishing local presence
- Development phase: expanding capacity and bringing in additional advisors
- Growth phase: leading a broader advisory team
Progression depends on traction and execution.
Profile
This opportunity is suited to individuals who:
- have operated at senior level (CEO, Managing Director, business owner or equivalent)
- are commercially capable and comfortable developing client relationships
- want to build and lead an independent activity
- combine strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach
Key competencies
- Strategic and commercial acumen with a long-term vision.
- Entrepreneurial drive and ambition to build a business.
- Leadership and mentoring skills – able to inspire and develop others.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with business owners and decision-makers.
- Fluency in German and good command of English for training and international collaboration.
Important to understand
This is an independent role, not a salaried corporate position.
It requires:
- active business development
- direct client engagement
- long-term commitment
You will be supported with a structured framework and methodology, while remaining responsible for building and developing your activity.
