We are looking for an experienced physical security manager to join our diverse team of security professionals. The role provides an exciting opportunity to become the go-to physical security subject matter expert across North America, Japan and South Korea. You will oversee all aspects of physical security management in the region including site security, corporate event and travel security and input to the design of security solutions in our new and changing physical locations.
This opportunity is open to candidates located in the United States and Canada.

We are looking for an experienced physical security manager to join our diverse team of security professionals. You will oversee all aspects of physical security management in the region including site security, corporate event and travel security and input to the design of security solutions in our new and changing physical locations.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leads incident response, escalation, and investigations using CCTV and access control data, coordinating with law enforcement, Legal, HR/ER, and Crisis Management as needed.
- Conducts site level visits and risk assessments against a formal 40+ point criteria, documenting findings and driving remediation.
- Designs and delivers end-to-end physical security for global corporate events.
- Manages global guard forces, serving as the primary point of contact for on-site teams to respond to and investigate reported incidents and issues.
- Oversees security system installations and upgrades, partnering with Workplace/Design/Construction and technical teams and driving procurement to meet project deadlines.
- Demonstrable physical security management experience in the corporate, tech or not-for-profit sectors
- Experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders from different personal and cultural backgrounds
- A self-motivated person who can work independently without constant management oversight
- Someone comfortable taking the lead in managing incidents and crises
- Basic knowledge of access control, CCTV and other technical physical security solutions
- ASIS CPP qualification
- Extensive travel experience
