Synology France operates sales, marketing and technical support within France, Southern Europe, Benelux and Africa.

We are currently looking for Regional Key Account Manager - West Netherlands to join our Sales team that holds a central role in the business strategy, offering the best-in-class customer experience and assuring the constant market growth for Synology products and solutions. The ideal candidate will be managing key accounts and major organisations, acting as a front-line solution provider for customers and ambassador for the world’s leading NAS vendor.


This role will report to the Head of Sales and Marketing Manager Benelux, and will be based in the Netherlands (remote). This is permanent full-time position.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow assigned key accounts (resellers, system integrators, VARs) in the Netherlands, ensuring revenue and business development targets are met, with regular on-site visits to partners and customers
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions using Synology products and ecosystem offerings
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and the broader market
  • Drive project execution and deployments, supporting both partners and end customers throughout the sales and implementation cycle
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, technical support) to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Report on account performance and market trends, providing insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies
  • Other duties may be assigned according to the company needs


Qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a channel-driven IT environment
  • Proven experience working with channel partners (resellers, system integrators, MSPs); existing relationships with partners in the region are a strong advantage
  • Background in storage, networking, backup, or infrastructure solutions; knowledge of Synology or similar ecosystems is a strong plus
  • Experience developing business within specific verticals (e.g. retail, SMB, education, healthcare, or similar sectors) will be a plus
  • Strong commercial and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage and grow strategic accounts at a regional level
  • Fluency in English and Dutch
