The Role
Launch and build US/Europe markets from 0→1. Turn existing licenses and banking infrastructure into live, revenue-generating business.
- Define market entry strategy and fastest path to first transactions
- Design local payment/fiat flows and identify required capabilities
- Drive execution across FI, product, compliance, and ops teams
- Build early traction: users, transactions, liquidity
- Validate product-market fit and establish foundation for scale
This is a hands-on builder role, not BD, not compliance, not project management. You own the market outcome.
Requirements
- 7–12 years in fintech, payments, or financial services
- Proven 0→1 or 1→10 market launch experience
- Deep understanding of payment systems, banking infrastructure, and money flows
- Track record at companies like Stripe, Adyen, Wise, Airwallex, PayPal, Revolut or similar
- Comfortable with ambiguity; can execute without a playbook
- Strong cross-functional leadership in matrix organizations
