Hayward & Partners provide customised training and consultancy services to meet the unique needs of retail dealer groups, finance companies and OEM's within the UK automotive industry, bringing a wealth of experience to address the challenges faced in this sector. The role:

This role is on a self-employed, business franchise basis and is a full-time hybrid position based in the East or West Midlands area of England, with the flexibility to work from home. Regular regional travel will be necessary.


The Regional Director will be responsible for:


✅Overseeing regional operations, developing business strategies, managing client relationships and driving growth.

✅Carrying out on-site training, consultation, presentation and coaching

Engaging with existing and prospective clients

✅Working closely with finance company and manufacturer partners

✅Completing regular administrative tasks to a high standard

✅Effective self-management of diary

✅Representing the H&P Brand professionally at all times


Relevant skillsets & career background:

- Minimum of 5 years experience in the UK motor industry, with a proven track record of success

- Sales strategy development/management skills

- Client relationship management skills

- Broad knowledge of the UK automotive industry

- Experience in training and consultancy services

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
