Summary

The Regional Director of Operations provides administrative support to all employees in their designated region(s) and ensures that quality services are provided to clients. The candidate also represents Anew Behavioral Health for the site(s)/regional and builds/maintains relationships with external vendors, providers, and contract personnel.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Devising strategies and plans for the Dayton region according to company standards for excellent service and growth. Assuming responsibility of referrals, resourcing, etc. Planning and overseeing client care, administrative operations and programs. Provide orientation and training at onboarding of every case manager.
  • Collaborates with CEO and all supervisors and site personnel to communicate with transparency and drive implementation of the organization’s goals, objectives and processes.
  • Ensuring on-site regular in person coverage for service delivery and service facilitation at all agency referral partners.
  • Serve as advocate for staff and clients, providing support and identifying additional opportunities to assist both parties.
  • Assist staff in identifying appropriate care for clients.
  • Maintains knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in behavioral health management.
  • Assists CEO and communicates the Mission, Vision, Values, and strategic direction of the organization.
  • Serves on Regional Leadership team to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on services and systems.
  • Assists CEO with recruitment, selection and retention of regional staff and provide guidance, feedback, and discipline to staff as necessary.
  • Assists CEO with decisions on project plans such as those for new service lines and process changes are in line with the organization’s business plan and vision.
  • Assists CEO in agency compliance with standards established by outside monitoring agencies.
  • Works with CEO to establish, communicate, and implement operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent support and execution.
  • Assist CEO in identifying, plans, implementing, and evaluating staff training needs and ensures ongoing development and support needs. This includes ongoing evaluation of staff strengths and opportunities for development.
  • Willingly serves in a professional and collaborative capacity with all other employees of Anew Behavioral Health. Fully understands and complies with all organizational processes and policies.
  • Collaborates with all colleagues and coworkers to communicate with transparency and drive implementation of the organization’s goals, objectives, and processes.
  • Maintains an organized practice and schedule.
  • Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA guidelines and confidentiality agreements.
  • Maintains a demeanor of positive professionalism.
  • In addition to any job duties specified in this Agreement, if any, Employee shall have such job duties as may from time to time be reasonably assigned to Employee by Employer.
  • You will be required to bill 10 hours of services per week.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Supervision Given

The Regional Director of Operations supervises all Therapists, Case Managers, Reception/Care Coordinators, and any other providers hired for their site.

Supervision Received

The Regional Director of Operations reports to the Chief Executive Officer.

Qualifications

Must have excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written), organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office and ability to utilize online EHR and HRIS platforms. Must have knowledge of insurance, understanding of schedules, resolution skills, and the ability to represent an agency in the community. The candidate must also understand and follow HIPAA and HIPAA 42CFR compliance.

Education

A High school diploma with experience noted below is required. A bachelor’s degree in a closely related field is preferred.

Experience

Minimum of 2-3 years in a supervisory role and 1 year of experience providing services to clients.

Background

Must pass all Federal and State background checks. Other background checks will be conducted for licensures and certifications according to company policy.

Schedule

Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Requires about 25% travel.
