What Is a Peer-to-Peer Advisory Board?
A small group of SME leaders meet once a month to:
- Share challenges openly
- Discuss solutions
- Make better strategic decisions
- Support each other’s growth
As a Regional Director, your role is to facilitate these sessions, guide discussions, and ensure each member receives real value.
Once you establish the boards, your main commitment is one 6-hour meeting per board per month, giving you significant time freedom. You can run as many boards as you can with no limitation.
