We are now hiring a Regional Business Manager for Iberia (Spain and Portugal) with key responsibilities to develop sales of XVIVO Thoracic and Abdominal products. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Responsible to achieve/over achieve sales budget in the region on a quarterly and yearly basis and drive revenues.
- Plan and define strategy and investments such as promotion activities including congress participation, workshops, symposia, and training events for the area.
- On field work with members of the transplant team, including surgeons, nurses, coordinators, perfusionists.
- Make regular sales calls with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, performing sales presentations, plan for training activities for physicians and perfusionists and/or nurses together with the Clinical Specialist.
- Facilitate key business and customer relationships management and negotiate business opportunities.
- Prepare upcoming tenders.
- Communicate regularly with Product and Program Managers regarding product utilization activities and users’ feedback
- May participate in medical and scientific conferences and meetings (inside or outside Europe).
- Adhere and commit to the quality management system as specified in applicable SOPs.
- Report sales calls, promotions activities and sales leads in CRM system.
KEY CAPABILITIES:
- Target oriented, with successful sales experience, preferably in the medical device industry
- Highly committed to customers’ satisfaction and long-term relationship development
- Planning skills, sales skills and have demonstrated success in working independently.
- Strong communication skills with hay capacity to build strong relationships with KOL and non clinical stakeholders relevant for the business.
- Have strong interpersonal skills to facilitate team building and partnering with customers, colleagues and peers.
- Must be capable of travelling anywhere in Spain and other European countries.
- Thorough understanding of the national / local health care system and have a tender regulation expertise.
- Bachelor’s degree in science related field is desirable
- Five + years of sales and business development experience.
- Experience in medical technology, life science or another related field.
- Knowledge in Transplantation is a major Plus.
- Driver License
